Do I need a referral?

No, you do not need a referral from a GP to see us. As primary healthcare practitioners, our Osteopaths and Soft Tissue Therapists are trained to assess, diagnose, and treat you directly. If we feel your condition requires further investigation or a specialistโ€™s opinion, we will provide you with a formal letter to take to your GP.

Booking is straightforward and can be done online via our website at any time. We highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you secure your preferred time slot. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as NFC mobile payments (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) at the clinic.

While appointments are recommended and our diary often fills up in advance, we do occasionally have same-day availability due to cancellations. Please check our online booking system for the most up-to-date availability or contact the clinic directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you if you are in acute pain.

Your initial consultation is about understanding the “nexus” between your lifestyle and your symptoms. It typically involves:

Many private health insurance providers cover Osteopathy and Soft Tissue Therapy. However, policies vary significantly. We can provide you with a full receipt including all necessary practitioner details for your claim.

Accessibility: Our clinic features a wheelchair-accessible entrance to ensure all patients can reach us comfortably.
